An eco-friendly approach, expressed in every detail

The focus on environmental sustainability results in choices aimed at minimizing waste and impact for a stay that pampers both guests and nature.

The AR facilities, designed and built for maximum energy efficiency, are classified in class A3 for reducing consumption and have an effective internal thermal coating of 20cm. This helps to reduce waste in heating and cooling, through the use of materials and technologies aimed at environmental protection. Moreover, renewable energy sources such as district heating and photovoltaic panels are used, water consumption is optimized thanks to timed dispensers, and heating and cooling through a heat pump reduce harmful emissions into the atmosphere; all inserted into anti-seismic structures with fully LED lighting.

Plastic free

Elimination of single-dose packaging in favor of solutions that reduce plastic use.

Waste separation is standard

To allow recycling of every material, the use of paper is limited to necessities, with constant attention to not wasting precious resources.

Sheet change

Guests choosing to extend their stay will not have their towels changed daily unless a specific request is made: even small gestures contribute to reducing environmental impact.

Recovery of materials

The suites of AR Suites & Art were built with materials recovered from the renovation of the rest of the historic building.
