At the time of booking you automatically accept the Terms and Conditions listed below:

• Smoking prohibited
• Obligation to show identity documents at check in or before check in if necessary
• AR Mountains Lodge Villachiara reserves the right to charge the payment method provided for any unpaid charges or damage caused or the presence of smoke detected after check-out.
• The Guest is responsible for any damage caused by him or by any member of his group to any property, furniture and equipment of the structure.
• Extra people cannot be invited to the reservation
• No unaccompanied minors (unless delegated by parents)
• Children under 2 years old can stay for free in the doublebed (max 1). The addition of crib may incur a surcharge

CANCELLATION POLICY

• With STANDARD rate Free cancellation for those who cancel within 15 days from the check-in date. 100% penalty for those who cancel in the 15 days prior to check.in.
• With NON REFUNDABLE rate there is no refund possibility.
• With STANDARD FLEX rate Free cancellation for those who cancel within 3 days from the check-in date. Penalty equal to the amount of the first night for those who cancel in the 3 days prior to check-in
• Ar Mountains Lodge Villachiara may decide to cancel in the following circumstances:
a) in case the structure or parts of it should remain closed for reasons not dependent on it.
b) if the Guest or a member of your group behaves in such a way as to cause damage, disturbance or danger to third parties, we are authorized without prior notice to terminate the stay without any refund.
